They say its for the Nintendo DS but what are the chances of another release on the Nintendo DS? R/B/Y and G/S/C for GB/GBC. R/S/E and FR/LG for GBA. With D/P/Pt and HG/SS for DS. Why would they break the normal and make another release for the DS when the DS successor has been announced and has been said they are working on it.

Would you like it to be on the DS or the DS Successor?
Also any other thoughts on the game most likely featuring generation 5.

It may be the next Pokemon game, but I hope it's just a different adventure but with the same Pokemon, like in the Gamecube games. If it turns out to be the next Generation game, then it'll probably be on the DS Successor.

I doubt i'll keep playing if its not really going to improve anything but graphics.

I probably will continue competitive battling, but not as much. I heard it most likely will be Generation V, but it is quite odd that they're announcing it before the US even received HeartGold and SoulSilver.

Actually this is all news to Japan not the US but because of the magic of the internet we know everything.

I might take a break from battling until then.
